Our rental process is simple and seamless. Guests can rent a powerbank directly at your venue, no app required. Just tap to pay, grab a powerbank, recharge your device, and return it when you’re done.

If your powerbank is lost, please contact our customer support team immediately. In certain cases, the replacement cost of the lost item may be charged to you.

We rely on our partner venues to keep the station in a safe and visible location. If a charging station is stolen, the venue will be held responsible. In such cases, the replacement cost of the machine (starting from €500 depending on the model) will be charged to the venue.

There are no costs for partner venues, the charging station is provided free of charge. Instead, we share 20% of the rental revenue with the venue.
For customers, only the standard rental fee per charging session applies. Additional fees may apply if a powerbank is lost, stolen, or damaged.

The charging station is provided free of charge for use at your venue. If you decide to stop the partnership, the station must be returned in good condition. There are no cancellation fees, simply return the unit to end the collaboration.
